I am a morning person. I get most of my “to do” list done before noon, or else it doesn’t get done that day. For me, my day begins with my morning devotions. I usually read in Oswald Chamber’s “My Utmost for His Highest” before reading a passage of scripture in my Bible. Then I like to journal and spend some time in prayer. It has become a habit now, and if I miss that quiet time for some reason, I feel like I’m not as prepared for the day as I would like to be.

I am sort of a morning person. I do my devotionals twice a day. I need it. Don’t feel right if I don’t do them. I have three Bible type apps. Go tandem (four devotionals in the morning and two at night), Our Daily Bread app which is my evening devotional, and then I have the Youversion app. Two in the day and two at night.I also have Streams in the Dessert but I haven’t used that in quite some time. Maybe that will be my lunch time devotional. I appreciate that you shared these verses and will save them.
God Bless, Lynn.
