My husband and I have always considered ourselves “summer people” and yet God has planted us in Alberta that boasts a winter that can last eight to nine months of the year. *sigh* Still, when summer does roll around, usually during the Calgary Stampede week 🙂 , we put on our cowboy hats and prepare ourselves to make the very most of the summer, as brief as it is! I praise God that He created this summer break for us to rest, refresh ourselves and renew our spirits.
